CPU Ministries refurbishes and distributes computers, free of charge, to those who do not have the means to purchase a computer on their own in order to access information for education and employment. Since 2005, CPU Ministries has received 1,400 computers and donated 800 functional computers to individuals and groups in the Palm Beach area, Appalachia, and missions in Central America, the Caribbean, and Africa. CPU Ministries operates as an offshoot of the St. Vincent de Paul Society, a 501c3 nonprofit organization, at St. Paul of the Cross Catholic Church, in service of their mission to respond to the needs of people in the community. CPU Ministries is a Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher. Your old computer can help! As long as your computer's processor speed is above 1Ghz, we will be able to make all the necessary upgrades to provide someone in need with a fast and reliable computer.
